Check-in & check-out

Check-in from 15:00 (until 23:30). Check-out by 11:00. Early or late options can often be arranged — just ask.

Quiet hours

Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00 in respect of neighbours and fellow guests.

No smoking indoors

Smoking is not permitted inside any room or on shared indoor areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.

No parties or events

Quiet gatherings are welcome, but large parties and events are not permitted on the property.

Valid ID on arrival

Croatian law requires all guests to present a valid passport or national ID card at check-in.

Care for the property

Please treat the apartment and its contents with care. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Staircase access

Upper floor apartments are reached by stairs. There is no lift on the property.
