Privacy Policy

Angela Apartments ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Croatian law.

Data we collect: Name, email address, phone number, country of origin, arrival/departure dates, number of guests, special requests and payment reference. We also log IP addresses and browser user-agent strings for security purposes.

Purpose and legal basis: Your data is processed to manage your booking (contract performance), respond to inquiries (legitimate interest), comply with Croatian tourism law (legal obligation), and — with your consent — to send you occasional offers.

Retention: Booking data is retained for 2 years after check-out. Contact inquiries are retained for 1 year. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights: You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email privacy@aptangela.hr.

Data sharing: We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate our service (email provider, payment processor) under appropriate data processing agreements.
